1. Who we are
Virra AI is operated by Magna Growth Partners LLC. By using the app or the website you agree to these terms.
2. What Virra AI is and is not
- Virra AI is a wellness and self-improvement app that produces a face rating for entertainment, a candid analysis, and a 90-day protocol of habits and product suggestions.
- Virra AI is not medical advice. Nothing in the app diagnoses or treats any condition. For real medical concerns, see a doctor.
- The rating is a best-effort estimate based on facial landmarks and your quiz answers. It is not a clinical assessment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the app. Apple App Store age rating: 17+.
4. Subscription and billing
- Virra AI requires a paid auto-renewing subscription to access the full rating, the 90-day Protocol, daily checklist, weekly progress photos, and Face-Off. No free tier.
- Plans: $6.99 USD per week (auto-renews weekly) or $39.99 USD per year (auto-renews annually). Local currency equivalent applies in non-US storefronts.
- 3-day free trial for new subscribers on both plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. The subscription will automatically renew at the selected price at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancelling during the free trial avoids any charge.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (iOS) or your Google Play account (Android) at the end of the free trial.
- The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds.
- No refunds outside Apple's and Google's standard refund policies.
5. Content and conduct
- The brand voice is direct and uses informal, candid language. By using the app you accept this tone.
- Do not upload photos of anyone other than yourself unless you have their consent. The Face-Off feature is intended for in-person use with willing participants.
- Do not abuse, scrape, or reverse engineer the app or the API.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific result or score change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magna Growth Partners LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Termination
We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or by emailing us.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced inside the app and dated at the top of this page.
